Andre's journey began with hands-on experience in medical devices, culminating in his leadership role at Trod Medical. He successfully guided the Encage™ Focal Ablation Device through all stages of development, including clinical trials and regulatory approvals.
Before establishing Trod Medical, Andre spearheaded multiple international R&D programs in the medical device sector. With over 15 years of experience in medical device development and a decade in venture capital-backed ventures, Andre brings a wealth of knowledge and a track record of innovation. He also holds several patents, underscoring his commitment to pioneering solutions in the field.
Dr. Faure and his team improved prostate cancer treatment further by evolving the technology to the more precise and more consistent Tissue Sparing Prostate Ablation – TSPA. His approachable nature and unwavering commitment to advancing healthcare ensure that Trod Medical remains at the forefront of innovative treatments.

Dr. Spencer Land is a Board Certified Urologist. He trained in at the University of Arkansas and completed his Residency in Urology at University of Mississippi Medical Center.
Dr. Land has extensive experience in Urological Cancers, including minimally invasive procedures.
Dr. Land has been working with our team in treating Prostate Cancer patients with the TSPA technology in Naples, Florida for several years. More recently, Dr. Land joined our Team in our Concierge dedicated Prostate Cancer clinic in Sarasota, Florida.
Dr. Land is a compassionate Doctor with focus on patients.
